Melissa has been in the title business since 1996 and joined Warranty Title in 2004. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Sadie. Melissa loves to volunteer, camp and go to the beach. Other hobbies include baking, decorating, painting, and reading.

Connie Timbs, Closing Specialist

Connie began in the real estate business in 1997 and joined the Warranty Title family in 2002.  She enjoys the beach, camping, kayaking, spending time with her family, friends and rescue pups.

Deb has been in the title business since 2000, and was in customer service before coming to Warranty Title. Deb enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and antique car shows.​
