Sonya Branham, Closing Specialist

Sonya worked as a banker until 2001 when she began working in the title business.  In 2003, she joined the Warranty Title family. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and boating.

Tammy Lemley, Closing Specialist

Tammy has been in the legal, banking, and title businesses since 1995, and joined Warranty Title in 2018. In her time off she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to craft and travel.

Teresa Glass, Closing Specialist

Teresa has over 10 years of experience in the title business, received her Associate's degree in Paralegal studies in 2008, and joined the Warranty Title team on lucky 3/13/13. Teresa and her husband have been married for 42 years and they love to travel.
